If you change your mind, you can cancel your order for free up to seven days before your first rental day. Just send us an email to [email protected] with the subject: "Cancellation + Reservation Number" and the following information in the text: "Name, Reservation Number, Reservation Period and Address". Alternatively you can call us via +43 3687 24223 - 6000.Is it possible to rent snowboard boots online?
Yes, since this year we also ship boots. However, we recommend testing boots in one of the selected RYR stores or calling +43 3687 24223 - 6000 for advice.What do I do if I have damaged my rental board or it has been stolen?
If you lose your rental board or it is stolen, you have to pay for the value. This depends on the usage of the snowboard. In case of theft you have to file a report with the police and contact us as soon as possible. We recommend taking our breakage and theft protection. The breakage and theft protection will protect yourself from costs due to severe damage and theft. It costs € 20 per person and includes the following services:- the rental snowboard is insured against theft, breakage, or damage
- the insurance period is a maximum of 3 weeks from the first rental day

Yes, we will mount bindings to the board according to how you like. It is ready to ride.What does the snowboard bag contain upon arrival at my house?
The snowboard bag contains your rental board with already mounted binding, a multi-tool, a leash and the return form. So that everything arrives safely, the snowboard bag is secured with a lock. You will receive the code in your confirmation email.I cannot find my shop, how can I receive my rental snowboard?

In principle it is possible. We recommend that you have it delivered to your home. If you want to have your equipment shipped directly to the hotel, you will need to make sure someone takes delivery and keeps it safe for you.Group rates - What discounts are available for groups?
