2. How do I cancel my order?

   If you change your mind, you can cancel your order for free up to seven days before your first rental day. Just send us an email to [email protected] with the subject: "Cancellation + Reservation Number" and the following information in the text: "Name, Reservation Number, Reservation Period and Address". Alternatively you can call us via +43 3687 24223 - 6000.

3. Can I also rent boots online?

   Yes, we started shipping boots this year. However, we recommend trying on the boots in one of our selected RYR shops or calling us on +43 3687 24223 - 6000 for advice.

4. What do I do if I have damaged my rental board or it has been stolen?

   Protect yourself against damage with breakage and theft protection. If you damage your rental board, you will otherwise have to pay for its current value. This depends on the rental history and condition of the snowboard. In the event of theft, you must report it to the police and contact us as soon as possible. Breakage and theft protection includes the following services:

   • Rental snowboard insurance in the event of theft, breakage or damage
   • The rented snowboard with bindings is insured for the duration of the rental agreement, up to a maximum of 3 weeks
   • Price per rental: €20.00

   If you select this option at checkout, you will receive a confirmation letter. If you already have a membership, €20 will be credited to your membership account.

5. The breakage and theft protection carefree package

   The following services are included in the breakage and theft protection:

   • as rental snowboard insurance in the event of theft, breakage or damage
   • the rented snowboard with bindings is insured for the duration of the rental agreement, up to a maximum of 3 weeks
   • price per rental: €20
   • If you select this option at checkout, you will receive a confirmation letter. If you already have a membership, €20 will be credited to your membership account.

   Without breakage and theft protection, you will have to pay for the repair costs yourself in the event of severe damage. If you lose your board, you will have to pay the current value of the snowboard. This is based on the rental history and the condition of the snowboard. 6. Do the snowboards come with bindings already mounted?

   Yes, we will mount bindings to the board according to how you like. It is ready to ride.

7. What is included in the board bag for when I get it delivered to the shop?

   The board bag contains your snowboard with bindings already mounted, a multi-tool and a leash. The board bag also includes a return form and is locked with a padlock to ensure it reaches you safely.

8. I cannot find my shop, how can I receive my rental snowboard?

9. Delivery to a holiday destination - Can I also have the equipment sent directly to a hotel?

   In theory, it is possible. If you would like to have your equipment sent directly to the hotel, you must ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery and store it safely for you.
